The back and forth between the Secondary Schools Football League and St. Benedict’s College, over their twelve point deduction and subsequent revoking of Premiership title, has taken another turn.
The school announced that it will now take the matter to the League’s Arbitration Committee.
This comes after Benedict’s lost their appeal with the SSFL regarding the ruling involving team captain, Derrel Garcia.
On Tuesday, General Secretary of the SSFL, Azaad Mohammed-Khan, outlined via a media release the options available to the school following the failed SSFL ruling.
The decision saw Fatima College moving to the top of the standings in the Premiership Division.
