Trinidad and Tobago has lost another sporting administrator. This time, from the field of cricket.
Lalman Kowlessar, or “Kow” as he was fondly referred to, served for two terms as President of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Umpires Council and also held several positions on various Sub Committees. In addition, he served on the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board where he was the Second Vice President.
He was heavily involved in the Secondary Schools Cricket League and the Central Zone Council. Moreover, he held the post as one of the history teachers at Presentation College-Chaguanas, and was a National Award recipient. We extend our condolences to his family and friends.
