A milestone worth celebrating! Ms Dulcie Bholai is one of the newest centenarians on the block! The Ministry of Social Development and Family Services continues to recognize the nation’s centenarians as part of its ongoing program to honour the elderly. Minister Donna Cox was on hand to celebrate the 100th birthday of Ms Bholai on Sunday in San Fernando.
