If you’ve ever been in Port of Spain after a bit of rainfall you will notice that the down town area of the City floods. That flooding usually runs off pretty quickly after the rain has abated but that is not always the case. Mayor of Port of Spain, Alderman Joel Martinez and Minister of Works and Transport, Rohan Sinanan say they are addressing one problematic area in the City.
