Minister of Local Government, Faris Al-Rawi, is denying that the Penal/Debe Regional Corporation has any issues with the supply of diesel for its equipment and vehicles to render aid in light of the approaching inclement weather.
Speaking in the Senate, the Minister pointed out that this was highlighted by the Corporation, but assured that it was rectified early this morning and said the Corporation is prepared for any eventuality.
The Minister assured that all necessary planning has been done and hopes the mitigation strategies implemented will prove effective.
