The High Court has dismissed the applications for an injunction made by occupiers of lands needed for the construction of the new airport terminal at the ANR Robinson International Airport in Tobago.
Minister of Finance, Colm Imbert, shared the news on his Twitter page on Friday evening. He said this clears the way for the State to continue with this important infrastructure project.
