Recorded as the largest acquisition in its 143-year history, ANSA McAL has announced the acquisition of US-based chlor-alkali producer Bleach Tech LLC.
According to Group Chief Executive Officer of ANSA McAL, Anthony N. Sagba III, this acquisition strengthens the company’s growth and expansion in the North American chemicals market.
