Tobago’s third Carnival is set to take place on October 25th – 27th and one of the country’s notable Carnival designers is making her contribution to enhancing the quality of the island’s production. The World by Anya is Tobago’s first Carnival Production House; where designers and mas enthusiasts will now have a space to be trained by skilled professionals.
