School supplies for the children of Korea Village were distributed on Saturday as the church in the area worked to make sure they are equipped for the start of school.
Representative of the Korea Full Gospel Church, Florence Rampersad, said the future of the children is ours to make. She noted that the children and their families were influenced by the scarcity brought on by the pandemic, and were in need of assistance.
One parent lauded the event, saying that she has a daughter in Form 4 who would greatly benefit from the generous offerings.
