It’s a week before Carnival and the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is urging band leaders to ensure that music trucks get their access passes to be allowed on the road on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday or they will not be on the road this Carnival.
Inspector Michelle Lewis issued the reminder to all the bandleaders.
