The countdown is on for the highly anticipated Beach House All-Inclusive Fete that has become a staple on the Carnival calendar over the years.
The organisers are hopeful that the 2025 instalment will up the ante with a new venue and culinary offerings to entice every palate.
On Monday, the various menus and formidable chef line-up for the 2025 event were unveiled.
Notable chefs, each with their own specialty, convened at ‘Santiago’ in Valpark Shopping Plaza to offer a first look, and taste, of their culinary creations that are signature to the Beach House experience.
Raees Soodhoo, Owner/Pastry Chef, Tempting Temptations, raved at what he called the ultimate “foodie fete.”
“It always has the best of the best in terms of the food, the desserts, and it’s always high-quality items that you’re getting there.”
A few of the chefs present gave some insight into their approach and what patrons can look out for.
Kondwani Applewhite, Owner/Chef, Appleville Catering, remarked, “I’ve been looking at different events and wanted to, wanted to offer something unique and different to Beach House. The aim this year is to actually bring that restaurant-style of cuisine in the event.”
Charlene Procope Delf, owner of The Fitness Chef, teased, “Just come on out to Beach House and have some amazing food!”
The event is returning to its seaside roots for the upcoming installment carded for February 27th at a novel venue at Invader’s Bay.
