The Education Ministry believes the the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Centre in Belle Vue is more than just the building, as it will positively impact the lives of the parents, teachers, and the community.
The Centre, located at Belle Vue, Long Circular Road, St. James, was officially opened on Wednesday.
