Corporate Turnaround Specialist Jean Frederic Mognetti says not because a recovery plan is formulated, means all will go well.
Speaking at the Arthur Lok Jack’s Distinguished Leadership and Innovation Conference on Friday, he gave the example of the launch of Caribbean Airlines in 2007. He says the company was picking up where BWIA left off, but points out that not all went smoothly from the onset. Mr. Mognetti adds that the company eventually gained a significant amount of passengers, giving an example of the New York route, but says management must know that the answers are not always in the office.
