Caribbean Airlines customers travelling to Jamaica this morning journeyed in a bit more luxury as one of the national carrier’s new 160-seat Boeing 737-8 aircraft took to the skies for its maiden voyage.
According to the airline’s CEO Garvin Medera, the introduction of the new fleet is part of the carrier’s initiative to ‘REset Expectations’ for 2022. He also stated that the 737-8 is the most technologically advanced aircraft in the world with benefits for the company, customers, and the environment.
The aircraft arrived in Trinidad and Tobago on November 17th, 2021.
