Ministers acknowledged that the pandemic, climate change, and the evolving geopolitical landscape have magnified socio-economic challenges in the Caribbean and around the globe.
They stressed the urgent need to re-build resilient, inclusive, and sustainable economies through increased commercial engagement and partnership.
