With the Government’s mandate to have all Government Agency services digitised, the Central Administrative Services Tobago (CAST) has achieved its strategic objective with the establishment of the Department’s website www.cast.gov.tt.
At Wednesday’s Launch hosted via Zoom, Permanent Secretary of the Department, Ethlyn John, noted the advent of COVID-19 highlighted the benefit of ICT.
Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Ayanna Webster-Roy, described it as a milestone achievement. She expressed that CAST identified various areas of improvement while working towards digitising their services.
There is also an online app. The website includes specific pages for the Registrar General’s Office and the Meteorological Services Division Tobago, along with information on all products and services offered at CAST.
