This past Monday, January 31st, the restrictions on beaches were eased to allow bathers to stay a little longer but with the return of traffic to the beaches, they may end up being less than pristine.
The Community-Based Environmental Protection and Enhancement Programme (CEPEP) is ensuring that we meet a clean scene one beach at a time.
