Chowtaal singing heralded the Hindu celebration of Phagwa during the annual Republic Bank Baal Vikaas Vihaar at the Lakshmi Girls’ College in St. Augustine today.
Secretary General of the Sanatan Dharma Maha Sabha (SDMS), Vijay Maharaj, said the Baal Vikaas celebrates 38 years this year.
