The COVID-19 Clinical Outcomes Committee is asking former COVID-19 patients to answer a few brief questions about their experience at the various institutions responsible for COVID-19 care.
The Committee, headed by Professor Terrence Seemungal, will conduct a rapid assessment of the factors contributing to clinical outcomes of COVID-19 patients.
Data collected from these patients will be used to identify factors associated with clinical outcomes.
The questionnaire must ONLY be completed by persons who were patients of public health care institutions between March 2020 and January 31st, this year.
Persons who meet the survey requirements and are interested in being a respondent, are invited to access the survey via the Trinidad and Tobago Medical Association’s Facebook page or their website.
