Mark Deyal will return to his home franchise for the Republic Bank CPL 2023 season.
This, after a swap saw Khary Pierre moving in the other direction to the St. Lucia Kings.
Deyal spent three seasons in the Kings top order and will now bring his talent back to the Trinbago Knight Riders. The 30 year old has amassed 446 runs in the CPL with his best innings of 78 coming in the 2021 edition when they reached the Final.
Left arm spinner Pierre has won three CPL titles with TKR since signing up in 2017. He has 40 wickets at an average of 25 in CPL matches.
The complete squads for the 2023 Republic Bank CPL will be announced during the CPL’s Draft Broadcast scheduled for the end of June.
