Darts Caribbean Cup Starts

The defence of the Caribbean Cup Darts title got off to a positive start today with the Trinidad and Tobago Darts Association Senior squad pulling off an opening win versus Guyana.

Unfortunately, the Juniors got off to a rocky start going down 3-2 to tournament favourites Florida but the Senior led by the top women players Kimberli Rivas and Karen Scott came out on top in a match featuring some intrigue as the big guns, James Walklin, Geddes Foncette, Lester Legall and Michael Rivas lost their opening matches. The women pulling it back with the help of Joshua Balfour and Kevin Jacobs. Trinidad and Tobago eventually winning by a score of 8-4 over Guyana and up to news time the national Seniors were in action against the host Jamaica.
