Dennis Lawrence Wins In The High Court Against TTFA

Former National Senior Men’s Head Coach, Dennis Lawrence, has received a favourable judgement against the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association in the High Court after a two-year wait.

The undisclosed figure representing payment of salaries and a World Cup qualifying win bonus stems from Lawrence’s tenure from 2017 to 2019.

According to his agent Mike Berry, the claim has now been lodged and registered with the recently-appointed Trustee of the TTFA who is charged with resolving the Association’s debt burden.

Berry said Lawrence was relieved by the judgement but lamented the time it took to get to this point.

The England-based agent conveyed Lawrence’s gratitude to his lawyer Dave Williams who has been credited with persevering to get the desired outcome.
