With the adjustments from 12 to 15 seats, one district that is considered “new” is the Darrel Spring/Whim seat.
Three candidates are vying for this seat. Familiar faces like the People’s National Movement’s incumbent Kelvon Morris and the Progressive Democratic Patriots’ Abby Taylor are contesting once again, while the Innovative Democratic Alliance has offered Elon Berkley.
Though the candidates have been on the ground outlining their promises, the residents believe there is much work to be done.
