Dottin Returns

Cricket West Indies has announced that Bajan, Deandra Dottin has decided to come out of retirement and will be available for selection to represent the West Indies Women’s Cricket Team once again.

The 33 year old Dottin, had called time on her international career in 2022, citing issues with the “current climate and team environment”.

The announcement is set to be a boost for the West Indies ahead of the Women’s T20 World Cup, set to take place in Bangladesh this October.

On her return to Team, Dottin stated that representing West Indies in international cricket has always been a matter of great pride and I’m pleased to return to the game that I love, and will contribute my utmost to the Windies women’s team across all formats, with immediate effect.
