A shooting incident in Claxton Bay early on Thursday morning has left 2 persons dead and a child injured.
According to police, officers responded to a report of people being shot at a house at Hilltop drive around 12:35 am….They saw a 12 year old girl standing near the doorway with a wound to the head. The bodies of 35 year old Devon Drayton and 30 year old Asha George were discovered in a bedroom of the house, with what appeared to be several gunshot wounds.
The young girl was taken to receive medical treatment……..Reports also indicate that 2 men were seen entering the house before the loud explosions were heard.
