Police are investigating a drive by shooting which took place in Tobago on Tuesday morning which reportedly left four persons wounded.
TTT news understands that the incident occurred sometime after 9am in the vicinity of Sesame Street, Bethel, Tobago.
Details on the identity of the victims remain sketchy as officers are still on the scene, however several spent shells have been recovered.
This incident comes on the heels of Chief Secretary Farley Augustine’s statement during Monday’s budget presentation that the Tobago House of Assembly stands prepared to do whatever is necessary to stop the trend of gun violence in Tobago.
