West Indies Assistant Coach Roddy Estwick is welcoming the first win of the team in the T20 World Cup warm-up matches.
On Monday, the Windies beat the UAE by 17 runs after a half century from Brandon King and three wickets from Raymon Reifer in Melbourne.
Estwick said there was some concern since only three batters got into double figures. He said the performance of Brandon King was no surprise for him and added that Raymond Reifer continues to impress the staff with his efforts.
The West Indies will play their second warm up match against The Netherlands in Melbourne on Wednesday.
