Scores of stranded passengers gathered outside the Scarborough Port while a long line of commuters were seen in their vehicles along the waterfront hoping to secure a ticket for any three of the sailings added to Port Authority’s schedule on Tuesday.
This, after all sailings were cancelled on Monday because of the passage of Hurricane Beryl.
