Five Rivers Secondary School got the better of Bishop Anstey High School East by a 34-22 scoreline to win the Trinidad and Tobago Basketball Association’s Girls’ East Zone Open Basketball Title.
With the series levelled at 1-1, the ladies of Bishop Anstey High School East and Five Rivers Secondary returned to the Maloney Indoor Sporting Arena for the third and final match of the series.
Akeira Charles led the charge for Five Rivers, scoring 20 points, as they won the series 2-1, securing the title.
