The body of the fourth missing LMCS diver, Rishi Nagassar, has been recovered.
TTT News understands that the body was recovered at 12:36am on Thursday, and is currently at the Forensic Science Centre where an autopsy is expected to be performed, pending the results of a COVID-19 test.
In a press release, Paria Limited said that the recovery operation had to be conducted with extreme care, given the fact that the body was lodged behind diving equipment in a 30-inch pipeline, 60 feet below the surface and more than 100 feet along the seabed.
On Friday, five LMCS divers were conducting underwater maintenance on the pipeline located at number 36 Sealine Riser on Berth number 6 at the Paria facility.
One diver was able to make his way out of the chamber and has since been hospitalised.
