In an effort to modernize and enhance services and business processes, the Licensing division of the Ministry of Works and Transport is transitioning from the driver’s permit to the driver’s licence.
The driver’s licence system was launched today at the Caroni Licensing Office.
The Transport Minister said the licence will be in alignment with international standards.
