Chairman of the Commission of Enquiry into the Paria-LMCS Tragedy, Jerome Lynch KC, has allowed additional evidence from families of the four deceased divers to be “admissible and relevant.”
Giving his reasoning on Tuesday, Mr. Lynch said the statements would remain, especially to understand how the families of victims were treated in the aftermath of the incident.
