Vulnerable citizens will continue to benefit from programmes that the Government has to help, despite the outcome of the Regulated Industries Commission (RIC) suggestions.
That is the assurance given by Public Utilities Minister Marvin Gonzales when he spoke at a Utility Distribution Ceremony on Wednesday.
