The School of Foreign Language Tobago has joined forces with Tobago teen animator 16-year-old Melody Ottley in creating a child friendly spanish publication. Caricia Douglas spoke with the creative at the nation’s only Foreign Language Bookstore and Resource Center located in Tobago where the book was created and is available.
