Assistant Professor at the College of Design, North Carolina State University, Dr Lesley Ann Noel has launched her book, “Design Social Change”. We visited her at the Pamella Benson AV Room at the NALIS Port of Spain in order to get insight into the book, factors influencing its creation and her hope for its potential impact.
