Following on the heels of our 7th President citing the “Panyard Model” as a tool for developing individuals and communities, we reached out to Assistant Professor of Music (Pan) at UTT, Dr. Mia Gormandy-Benjamin for her personal and and professional views on the model as a vehicle for development.
