Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mc Donald Jacob, says the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service will have enough manpower to police the country.
This, with the upcoming Tobago House of Assembly election, the end of the State of Emergency, and the advent of the Christmas Season.
The Acting CoP adds that more than 100 new recruits will start their active duty in December and there are officers from other Special Units who will be called into duty.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Earla Christopher, says there will also be additional exercises.
Commissioner Jacob and DCP Christopher were speaking at the TTPS’ Weekly Media Briefing on Thursday.
