World Indoor Champion Jereem Richards will line up in the 400 Meters at the Prefontaine Classic this Saturday.
Richard’s race also includes former Olympic Champion Kirani James of Grenada and the ever present Isaac Makwala of Botswana, while Americans Michael Cherry and Vernon Norwood also form part of the line up.
The Women’s 100 Meters will be one to watch with Olympic champion Elaine Thompson Herah , Olympic 100M Bronze medallist Shericka Jackson, both of Jamaica, World 60 Meter indoor Mujinga Kambundji of Switzerland, go along with Sha’carri Richardson of the United States and Marie-Josee’ Talou of the Ivory Coast.
In the Men’s 100 Meters, Olympic 200 Meter Champion Andre De Grasse of Canada will face Olympic Silver Medallist over the distance, Fred Kerly of the United States, along with fellow Americans Trayvon Bromell , Noah Lyles and Christian Coleman.
The Meet takes place in Eugene Oregeon which will also host the World Championships in July.
