The Joint Trade Union Movement (JTUM) is still awaiting a date and time for a follow-up meeting with the Attorney General, claiming there were ‘inconsistencies’ with the issues coming from the initial meeting on vaccination of public sector workers.
JTUM, in a press release, said it was concerned that Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi gave his official response via a Media Conference, instead of meeting with their organisation. They also called on the AG to withdraw Government’s deadline date of January 15th 2022 to facilitate discussions among stakeholders.
JTUM requested answers to several questions including the percentage of vaccinated public officers and vaccine expiration dates.
