There should be a change in this country’s drug and firearm laws to reduce delays in certifying court exhibits in criminal cases. He was presiding over the case in which a Rio Claro man sued the State for false imprisonment and malicious prosecution after an ammunition possession charge was dismissed against him due to delays in certifying court exhibits.
