Managing Director of LMCS, Kazim Ali Senior, said he assumed that the divers who were sucked into a 30-inch pipeline at Paria’s No 36 Sea Line Riser on the afternoon of Friday February 25th had just one hour of air left in their tanks, pointing out that the first hour was critical for their rescue.
