The Manta Lodge Hotel is now complete. The 2-star hotel located in Speyside, Tobago was refurbished at a cost of just over $27million. On Wednesday, Project Manager Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (UDECOTT) handed over the keys of the refurbished hotel to the Tobago House of Assembly.
