Manzanilla Fishermen Woes

Fishermen in Manzanilla are facing a number of challenges, the two major ones being a lack of water and no electricity in the space designated for their fishing depot.
They are hoping that the depot can be outfitted with everything they require to ply their trade.
The Minister of Public Utilities has promised to investigate their concerns and provide relief.
