Tobago has received 140% of its usual rainfall for the month of October while Trinidad stands at 77% so far.
This information from Meteorologist Gary Benjamin who also shared forecasts for November.
Mr. Benjamin warned that flooding and landslips in some areas might occur because of saturation levels in those areas. He also spoke to why persons should follow the Met Service for information.
