Children of the Morvant area who took part in the Heliconia Foundation’s Rising Star Vacation Camp graduated on Friday.

Member of Parliament for Laventille East/Morvant, Adrian Leonce, thanked the members of the Heliconia Foundation for dedicating their time and effort to the children of the community.
To the children, he encouraged them to believe in themselves, to dream big, and ensure those dreams come true.
