Trinidad and Tobago Number One Nabeel Mohammed is anticipating the home crowd factor as the World Cup of Tennis, the Davis Cup, returns to these shores after a decades-long absence.
Mohammed leads a very strong five-man selection which includes Ebolum Nwokolo, Akiel Duke, Luca Shamsi, and Tobago-born USA-based Joseph Cadogan.
He says the group has continued to fine-tune in the lead up to the August 1st start of action at the National Racquet Centre in Tacarigua.
Teams will contest three rubber ties; the number two ranked player of each team will play the first, the number ones will play the second and the third will be a doubles match, the team that wins the most rubbers will win the tie.
The first and second placed teams in each group will play in a cross Semi Final and the winners will receive promotion to Group Three next year.
