Minister of Sport and Community Development, Shamfa Cudjoe, believes training priority should given to persons who really need it.
Minister Cudjoe made the comment as she addressed an audience at the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Export Centres Company Limited (ECCL) and MIC Institute of Technology on Wednesday.
