Chairman of the Paria Commission of Enquiry, Queen’s Counsel Jerome Lynch, is urging the public to be patient as their enquiries into the deaths of the four LMCS divers continue.
QC Lynch, who was sworn in on Wednesday, says he’s beginning the Enquiry with an open mind and determination to be fair, impartial, and objective.
Mr. Lynch replaces Justice Dennis Morrison who withdrew in June.
