Chairman of the National Carnival Commission (NCC) Winston ‘Gypsy’ Peters is reiterating that street parades are not allowed today, Carnival Monday, and Tuesday.
This after video online showed persons holding parties with large gatherings over the weekend.
Mr. Peters stressed that persons who breach the COVID-19 protocols and engage in street like parades will be dealt with by the police.
