NP To Purchase New Refuelling Equipment For Aircraft At Piarco International Airport

The Trinidad and Tobago National Petroleum Marketing Company Limited, NP, will soon be procuring new equipment to enhance the turnaround time to provide jet fuel to airlines.

NP’s General Manager of Aviation and Marine Fuels, Chester Beeput, said the investment will cost the company millions to replace outdated equipment at the Piarco International Airport. He said it would be a significant cost to the company, but it would not be a futile investment.

Mr. Beeput was speaking during a Public Accounts Committee on the T&T National Petroleum Marketing Company Ltd on Wednesday morning.
